Portofino Shores Policy Card

· To be eligible for receiving a barcode sticker, the user of the vehicle must be a resident of PFS, and the vehicle must be on file as a registered vehicle.
· Each property will receive two stickers at no cost. Additional stickers will cost $10.00.
· Renters will pay for stickers when two stickers have been already assigned to the owner or previous renter.
· Replacement stickers will be given at no cost provided the users are same but vehicle is replaced.

· Approval must be obtained at least two weeks prior to the event.
· BOD will make approval decision at a scheduled meeting.
· Event will be open to all Residents.
· Organizer is responsible for assuring rules are followed.
· Events will be published in monthly calendar. This calendar is available at the clubhouse and on the Association website.
· These events are not Association sponsored events. Association events are organized by the Clubhouse Committee.

· Realtors visiting Portofino Shores will present (1) Realtor license, (2) Driver’s license, and (3) Business Card.
· Realtors must accompany the clients.
· Visiting hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
